WHEN ARE WE SENDING OUT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION COFFEES?

We send out your subscription on the last Wednesday of the month, arriving in time for the start of the new month. For those receiving a 2nd shipment (4 Coffees), this will be sent on the middle Wednesday of the new month.

WHICH COFFEES WILL I BE RECEIVING?

Our roast team selects the subscriber coffees every month. They are our latest releases from our exclusive farms. When you are starting your subscription you can choose between filter roasts (Fidela Explore) and espresso roasts (Fidela Classic Wholebean).

CAN YOU GRIND MY COFFEE?

Our Fidela Explore subscription gives you the option to select your preferred brewing method when ordering and we'll take care of the rest. If you can, we would always recommend buying whole beans and grinding them at home as the shelf life of pre-ground coffee is a lot shorter. *Our Fidela Classic Wholebean Subscription cannot be pre-ground

ARE THE COFFEES DIFFERENT EVERY TIME?

Subscribers to our Fidela Explore Subscription can expect two new coffees in a month. Every month you get the opportunity to taste two different coffees.

  • As a 1 x 250g subscriber you will receive one coffee one time a month
  • As a 2 x 250g subscriber you will receive one of each coffee one time a month
  • As a 4 x 250g subscriber you will receive two of each coffee two times a month.

Fidela Classic Whole Bean Subscription customers can expect the fixed espresso coffee called Sandona.

I HAVE JUST SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. WHEN WILL IT START?

Your payment is taken as soon as the order is placed, however your order won’t be fulfilled until the coming months release. Placing an order before the last Wednesday of the month ensures your coffee will arrive at the start of the coming month. Orders after this, will roll on to the following month.

HOW CAN I ADJUST MY COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION?

Go to "menu" and "login" to enter your account details. Click on "subscription manager" on the left to edit your data. You can change your address, pause and resume your coffee subscription.

HOW CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can pause and resume your subscription at any point. Go to "menu" and "login" to enter your account details. Click on "subscription manager" to edit your data.

HOW LONG WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION RUN FOR?

When signing up for a subscription, you are choosing a rolling subscription that will continue running until you pause or cancel via your account.

IS THE COST OF SHIPPING INCLUDED?

Shipping is free anywhere in the UK on all subscriptions. Shipping to EU countries comes with a flat-rate per shipment which is built into the price of your subscription.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email letting you know about your order fulfilment

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
