Accessing our site

This website is available to you without charge and must only be used in a personal sphere. It is not intended for use as evidence.

It is your responsibility to ensure all products, services and information meet your requirements.

Orders

Fidelacoffee.com has the right to not complete any order providing money has not been exchanged or a full refund has been given.

An order placed and giving card details on our server means that the consumer is in contract to complete the sale unless we decide otherwise.

Fidelacoffee.com reserves the right to refuse an order if we feel it has not been carried out in the correct way or where any deception may have taken place.

No contract will exist between you and fidelacoffee.com for any product unless fidelacoffee.com has received and accepts your order by email confirming that your order has been dispatched. The acceptance will be assumed complete and will be deemed to have been effectively communicated to you when Fidelacoffee.com send the email to you (whether or not you receive that email) items cannot be bought for resale without Fidela Coffee’s permission.

Occasionally, links to external websites may be provided on this website. They are provided for your convenience to access further information. They are not an endorsement. We have no responsibility or control over these websites’ contents or accuracy.

Delivery

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail using Standard delivery.

It’s always best if someone is available to receive the delivery. If we are aware of a delay, we will attempt to contact you and minimise any disruption. You may also be contacted by the courier company directly. Please note that any parcels sent via Royal Mail are not tracked and therefore we cannot monitor any delays.

The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you have given us, or in accordance with the alternative delivery instruction you have provided. You own the product once we have accepted your order and received payment in full.

We will not be responsible for delays, damages, or issues with quality (flavour or condition) of any orders placed that are forwarded on from the shipping address given upon checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Coffee is roasted to order, as a result we are unable to accept refunds. In the case of error, or dissatisfaction please contact info@fidelacoffee.com within 14 days of purchase.

If there is an issue or you are unsatisfied with equipment or hardware purchased you have 28 days from the date you received it to contact us. You may do so at info@fidelacoffee.com. We will contact you to arrange the return of goods.

Returned goods must be in a saleable condition to qualify for a refund, and should be returned in their original packing and unused.

We can only accept returns on purchases made directly from www.fidelacoffee.com. If you have purchased an item from one of our wholesale partners, please contact them to arrange a return and/or refund.

Once a course is booked, a refund is not possible. However, we will accomodate you with a new date as and when possible. Contact www.fidelacoffee.com If you are unwell or need to postpone a course and we will rebook you appropriately. 

Faulty Goods

If you think a piece of equipment or hardware is faulty please contact us at info@fidelacoffee.com. We do not consider items that are damaged due to excessive, incorrect, or long-term use as being faulty.

Payment Methods

www.fidelacoffee.com accept all major credit cards as way of payment. All our transactions are processed through a secure encrypted server.

Price Changes

Changes to prices for our products may change from time-to-time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with a dispatch confirmation email. 

If the cost of the goods to us increases due to any factor beyond our control including, but not limited to, material costs, labour costs, alteration of exchange rates or duties, or changes to delivery rates, we can increase the price prior to delivery. We will give subscription customers 28 days from an email explaining the price change before any increase in price occurs. You will always be given the option of cancellation of a recurring subscription in this period.

Any increase in the price under the clause above will only take place after we have told you about it. 

For general website use our prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Coffee subscriptions

On-going subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Pre-paid subscriptions or length bound subscriptions cannot be cancelled.

Subscriptions may be cancelled by logging into our subscription portal, or by emailing us at info@fidelacoffee.com

You will receive email notification 10 days prior to any subscription price adjustments; failure to respond will imply acceptance of the new pricing terms.

If you wish to change your address, you may contact info@fidelacoffee.com.

Promotional Codes

The use of promotional codes does not apply to delivery costs unless expressly stated. This includes any promotional code entitling the user to 100% off.

Handling Complaints

We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and will advise consumer on how long we think it will take to resolve the issue. The consumer will be informed at every stage through the process.

Use of website content

The use of the content of this website is for personal use only and must not be redistributed without prior written consent from us. This includes use on websites, for printing, or any other means of communication. These limitations extend to all text, images, or videos provided on the website.
