From Colombia to Northern Ireland
At Fidela Coffee Roasters we are passionate about pouring ethically sourced, speciality coffee. Fidela Coffee was founded by husband and wife team Frank & Rachel, who began their coffee journey in 2016. With family members working on various farms in Colombia, Frank and Rachel wanted to help the farmers diversify & become involved in the farm to cup process. Traceability, ethics and working together is at the heart of Fidela Coffee.

In 2019, we opened Fidela Coffee Roastery in Rachel’s native North Coast of Ireland. By importing the green beans directly from Nariño, Colombia we continue to keep our family links to Frank’s family in Colombia, who are dedicated to coffee farming.
