Grown by the Realpe family on their 6-hectare farm Los Naranjos, this coffee is a beautiful example of tradition and care meeting quality.
After selective handpicking, the cherries undergo 48 to 72 hours of aerobic fermentation before pulping and a secondary fermentation. This process develops a cup with clarity, complexity, and a sweet, clean finish.
Expect notes of Raspberries, cinnamon, and a delicate blueberry acidity. A true expression of high-altitude Nariño coffee crafted with patience and precision.
