This beautifully expressive natural coffee comes from Finca El Pará, where Carlos Erazo and his family produce high-quality lots using prolonged fermentation in cherry and slow drying under parabolic covers.

Only the best sections of the farm are used for this process, allowing for deeper fruit development and complexity in the cup. Carlos’s attention to detail results in a natural coffee that is both vibrant and clean.

Expect a rich cup full of juicy red berries, raspberry fruitella like sweetness, and underlying ripe plum notes. Full-bodied and smooth, this is a bold yet balanced coffee from the highlands of Nariño.
