Happy July! We're thrilled to reintroduce Hernan Martinez Bados to our Fidela subscription with another exceptional lot. This offering “El Valle" (pronounced vi-ay) features the Colombia varietal, a well -balanced, high yield coffee, processed through the classic washing method to highlight the coffee's bright and vibrant flavours.
For those new to Hernan's story, he is renowned for his innovative approach to coffee, particularly in respect to honey processing methods. Each year, Hernan continues to set new standards of quality, and we are privileged to handle his remarkable crop.
In this cup, you can expect bright berry notes complemented by a well-balanced dark chocolate undertone, making it a versatile choice that appeals to all.

This month's Fidela 2 and 4 bag customers are in for a treat, coming from our friend, Sandro Chávez. Despite being such a joker, Sandro prides himself on his hard work and coffee expertise that has been passed down to him through 5 generations of coffee farmers. Sandro has recently been able to build his own dedicated drying tables which allows his coffees to dry more evenly and thus increase quality.
We are so excited to showcase to you an amazing pink bourbon variety that Sandro has produced from the 2023 season. This varietal is prized as one of the highest quality coffee varietals around, due to their incredible complexity and have even nudged Gesha coffees off the tables of major brewing championships around the globe.
Expect in this cup light and bright tropical notes with a complex floral note and honey sweetness.
WHEN ARE WE SENDING OUT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION COFFEES?
We send out your subscription on the last Wednesday of the month, arriving in time for the start of the new month. For those receiving a 2nd shipment (4 Coffees), this will be sent on the middle Wednesday of the new month.WHICH COFFEES WILL I BE RECEIVING?
Our roast team selects the subscriber coffees every month. They are our latest releases from our exclusive farms. When you are starting your subscription you can choose between filter roasts (Fidela Explore) and espresso roasts (Fidela Classic Wholebean).CAN YOU GRIND MY COFFEE?
Our Fidela Explore subscription gives you the option to select your preferred brewing method when ordering and we'll take care of the rest. If you can, we would always recommend buying whole beans and grinding them at home as the shelf life of pre-ground coffee is a lot shorter. *Our Fidela Classic Wholebean Subscription cannot be pre-groundARE THE COFFEES DIFFERENT EVERY TIME?

Fidela Classic Whole Bean Subscription customers can expect the fixed espresso coffee called Sandona.
I HAVE JUST SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. WHEN WILL IT START?
Your payment is taken as soon as the order is placed, however your order won’t be fulfilled until the coming months release. Placing an order before the last Wednesday of the month ensures your coffee will arrive at the start of the coming month. Orders after this, will roll on to the following month.HOW CAN I ADJUST MY COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION?
