Don Pedro Rodríguez came to coffee later in life, after a career in medical sales. What began as a retirement project became a real passion when he bought Finca San Isidro, where he continues to experiment with different varieties. Villa Inés is a lot from the same farm, and, this time as a Pink Bourbon.

Every year, we return to visit Pedro at Finca San Isidro, walk the farm and catch up on the latest harvest. We always finish around the table, sharing “cafecito con pan”, drinking coffee and listening to Pedro’s stories, a tradition that has become a special part of our visits to San Isidro.
